Who's behind Heart2Stitch?
Alyssa - Crafter
Ever since my 2nd son was born(2007) my hooks have been creating blankets, hats, toys, bags, dishcloths, baby clothes..all my original creations went to my children, husband, mother and father-in-law and family pets. :) I love taking yarn and turning it into something useful, fun and unique for someone special, something you can't always find in stores. It's always fun seeing my children wearing and playing with something I've made.

Supporters:
Every time I make something whether it's a new hat for one of my children(sometimes with beards), a blanket to fit my just under 6 ft husband, a green penguin for my penguin loving son, pillows, a shawl...my mother-in-law always says "You should sell these!". Needless to say she's my biggest fan and #1 customer! :)

Advertising/Finance department::
When I ask "Can I make that without a pattern?" "Can I do that in a smaller/bigger size?" or the most popular "Honey, I need more yarn!" My husband is right behind me telling me yes I can. He is also my advertiser, he wears my hats to work everyday even when its hot. He always gets questions and is always ready to say "My wife made it!"

The Idea Room:
I have 7 children, 4 boys(ages 13,11,10,8) and 2 girls(ages 5, 2, baby). They are always coming up with new things for me to make. I also come to them with my ideas and I always get their honest opinions. I even have a collection of drawings of creatures from my little designers waiting to be transformed into 3D versions.

Story behind the name Comically Creative:
While describing my husband and I to someone my mother-in-law used the word comical for my husband. He is always ready with a funny comment to make us laugh or a silly face. My mother-in-law used the word creative for me and talked about all the things I've made(I told you she was my biggest fan!) .
